LEADR promotes success in America's next generation through, leadership development, natural resource education, and outdoor recreation. Outdoor activities help to boost a child's coordination, strength, communication, and friendships,  which could help them to succeed later in life.

Unfortunately some outdoor recreational activities are a luxury that most families cannot afford. The average household struggles to just get by and any money or time left over usually cannot be invested into those type of outdoor activities. LEADR is invested in the future success of our next generation.

We make it easy for children and families to have positive life changing learning opportunities and outdoor experiences. Just one outdoor recreational experience can drastically affect a child's development, perspective, and attitude. LEADR teaches adolescents individuality, teamwork and leadership skills to make the best decisions in life.  We promote organizational skills, natural resource education and characteristic traits for lifelong success. 

 

The skills that LEADR instills help our youth to aspire and achieve their goals. To dream big and analyze how to accomplish their goals in a methodical manner. Be adaptive to change, effective in their decisions, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around them.

Our outdoor events and educational programs help provide the opportunity for children and families to learn and experience something that they would never or seldom be able to do. Gaining an appreciation for natural resource conservation through outdoor recreation makes our youth better stewards in leading environmental change.
